You sure are dense. They just argued on the internet all day and never got involved in local politics. So watching the SCOTUS get deep captured by far-right fundies especially when it was telegraphed for over 10 years was extremely facepalm worthy.
If the feminist movement got involved politically, then the SCOTUS would have never been deep captured OR Roe Vs Wade wouldn’t have been the only thing protecting Abortion (and that case was on stilts and easy for fundies to legally attack btw).
im lgbt and i really do not like how large corporation handle this adult subject matter, especially if their game are not 18+. more progressive countries than here, such as sweden and finland, have already banned medical transition and blockers for minors, so adverting such a lifestyle to them might to turn out to be a bad look…
plus im not really into cartoon characters getting it on. id rather companies just not.

And this is a good thing because those treatments were not gatekeeped and this was basically one of the largest medical experiments done on children in history. Any child could waltz into a doctor’s office and get irreversible treatments with serious, permanent side-effects. It was like this for many countries in Europe.
You’re going to see a huge wave of lawsuits at these gender clinics. Look at Sweden. Doctor’s are going to rightfully lose their medical licenses.
Source? Roe vs Wade got overturned. Because 3rd/4th wave feminists just argued on the internet all day instead of politically protesting IRL. Now everyone is surprised Pikachu that the SCOTUS got deep captured by radicals.

Maybe I’m just too old to understand all this. But why do you care what sexual organs a character in a video game has? It’s not like you’re ever going to see them. How do you know one of the roster isn’t already trans? Why are you assuming they’re not? It is set in the future after all I imagine they could do a better job of it than they do now. Although if they revealed widowmaker was actually a bloke I think they’d have a bit of a backlash on their hands.
