I feel it does depend a bit on the arrangement too. Like, Bach’s cello suite isn’t very heavy, although it’s a pretty unassuming piece to me:

That was probably mentioned, but i’m in love with Chopin and Debussy compositions. I have spoken.
Great, I’m out of s

Maybe if forums will get updated, we will need more likes per day.
And easier way to gain 3rd level trust. You basically need to track forums for several months daily and make a megathread. TF?
Everyone press out of respect.
I think you just need to read a lot, reply occasionally, for a few weeks.
Don’t visit once a week and expect level 3.
I know some people that get it in a few days.
I think Sigma has some difficulties in listening. Melody is ALWAYS playing in his head, especially during mental activity
Yes, when it comes to this kind of music I am basic as hell. lol Don’t know much either.
Still better than me, thanks for the recommendations and sorry that I am already out of likes.
I love classical but I usually listen to contemporary music like Bond and Vanessa Mae. If you like piano, I would recommend the Amelie soundtrack; I’m actually learning this song, I know left and right hand but just need to coordinate them together!
I don’t know about that. I have another one I to share that I had to find the name for by first finding the Starz commercial that sampled it and then looking in the comments section.
And this song is also a basic one that basically everyone likes because who doesn’t? Haha
Edit
If you’re curious about the commercial.
Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata all 3 Movements.
So I’m assuming that you’re looking for not necessarily classical music but just orchestral/symphonic kind of music. So (quick warning: there is going to be a lot here, probably around ten), here are some more contemporary pieces I’ve played in high school and college band. Not classical, but they’re symphonic pieces that were a lot of my favorites performing.
Shadow Rituals by Michael Markowski: - YouTube
Vesuvius by Frank Ticheli: - YouTube
Shepherd’s Hey by Percy Grainger: - YouTube
Joy by Ticheli: - YouTube
Joy Revisited by Ticheli: - YouTube
Blue Shades by Ticheli (sorry, big Ticheli fan): - YouTube

Abracadabra by Ticheli: - YouTube
Khan by Julie Giroux: KHAN - UTEP Wind Symphony - YouTube
Foundry by John Mackey: John Mackey - FOUNDRY - YouTube
Why do i find this so relatable?
Lots of Beethoven fans in here
Yeah, basically.
That’s really cool!
You know if you just want symphony/orchestra music, you should check out if songs like you like have orchestra versions. Some of them do. Here’s an example of one.
The Philharmonic Orchestra is another thing to check out, very famous.
Also I’m not sure if you this counts since it’s like Japanese and not really classical…but it’s one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard so I had to include it anyway.
Haha it sounds really good though. Though it makes his music seem like a good Disney Villain song now.
Ooh, classical music . Sharing a couple of songs. Apologies if already posted. (Fun fact: I love to play Carmen with piano myself )
CBC radio plays classical from 9am-3pm pst, i forget all theirs names but if you listen for a couple days i am sure you will find something
no Prussia’s Glory?
I like some march music too, British Grenadiers one is probably my favorite.
Anyway, here’s a clip for OP:
Not an orchestra guy but i just love this and the Pirates of the Caribbean theme.
