Another forced loss

I do! Enough that I actually understand why I’m in Silver, and why my climb is slow-going (besides my low play hours).

There’s a reason that between you and I, I’M not the one who’s having a tantrum over a loss and imagining wacky illuminati conspiracy theories to explain said loss. I’m not the one declaring the entire game garbage because of that loss. I’m not the one having a complete mental breakdown over someone explaining to them that said loss is not, in fact, proof of a grand design, and is in fact just a thing that’s bound to happen.

Improve your mental, buddy, it’ll help you get wherever you think you belong.

I’m sure it’s your low play hours keeping you in Silver. Anyways I’m not taking advice from or discussing Competitive with a guy who plays at the absolute bottom of the ladder, thanks anyways though. Maybe there’s someone else here cares about your braindead and invalid opinions, probably not but good luck!

I mean it’s a factor, no play equals no climb. But if you actually pulled your head out of lower orifice you’d notice that I said besides that.

I’m sorry that you’re wrong about something you don’t know anything about. Maybe get over yourself and try learning new things instead of just assuming Aaron Keller is out to get you.

Where does Blizzard find these randoms who would put their life on the line to defend their absolute garbage system. What has blizzard done for this plat mercy main that he’s out here acting like the joeyswoll of the Overwatch competitive forums.

Probably due to inexperience. People want to believe the system is working and everyone is at their proper rank. It even took me about 10 seasons before I became fully convinced it was a trash rigged system.

That’s complete balls.

Happens in all sports too. Lose, heads drop, more losses follow. Even good teams suffer.

So it’s logical that after playing and winning games, you get possibly a little arrogant and then get caught out by slightly better players. Your head drops and boom, you lose again. And again.

  1. They aren’t silver
  2. What the f has someone’s rank got to do with it.

Maybe stop trying to discredit people when you’re wrong.

Flip this around. Where are these weirdos coming from that are making complete nonsense up… then getting upset when people tell them they are chatting rubbish.

“This Synkz guy is cracking the code! We can’t let him get to GM”

“Affirmative sir, should I give him a bad team sir?”

“Do it, do it noooooow”

Lol. We all have winstreaks and loss streaks. I dropped big time on all roles. Was Mid Diamond on every role a couple seasons ago. It is what it is. Sometime you get good team mates and sometimes you get dogwater ones that were carried to where they are now.

It sounds like you are obsessed with your rank and you’re trying to look for excuses for not maintaining it.

Even top 100 streamers get absolute potatoes in their games.

And even if the game is “rigged” then it’s rigged for EVERYONE right? So it’s essentially an even playing field.

I also have made 8 Unr-GM’s by now.

You lack self-accountability and if you keep going down this path you will remain low GM.

I’m not putting my life on the line, I simply have a different opinion than the majority. Thankfully, I’m not completely alone.

Obviously you’ve gone and associated your rank on a video game with your self worth which in itself is really sad & you will make a mountain out of a molehill coming up with all kinds of fanciful stories like drug addict in denial.

Good analogy that. Well said.

The account your posting on is Silver and a Plat Mercy main, looks to me like you’re a Silver and Plat Mercy main.

Also there’s a replay code posted in the first post, find a single place in that entire game where I should be holding myself accountable for the loss. You won’t.

Finally only Blizzard teat suckers would actively defend a matchmaker and ranked system that Blizzard themselves has been posting about for the past several months regarding how bad it is and how it now needs an overhaul. You might be some of the most vapid, dim-witted, and ill advised schizos I’ve ever seen.

This is getting a bit ridiculous. Now you seem to be in denial or you’re just another troll.
You can’t cope with the fact I am very high elo and I disagree with your opinions regarding the matchmaker.

I am inclined to mock you for your rank and replay, but I will not go down that path. I am better than that. You should be proud of your rank—as anyone should as long they are improving and are self-accountable; you shouldn’t be proud for being toxic towards other players—rank shaming and blaming teammates(lack of self-accountability).

By the way, the account I am posting on is my main. I don’t need to come out with alternative accounts to make posts.

The thing is, I did post screenshots which are enough evidence I am in fact not the rank you say I am. Screenshots that in fact, link this account to the screenshoted account. (The forums are somehow bugged when checking other people’s accounts).

But now the good question is: Are you actually even low GM?

And even better question is: why are you talking about ranks, when people’s advises have nothing to do with it and are more linked to your mentality issues?

there is no forced win/loss streak. I’m at 2% win rate and currently on a 90 game loss streak. If there was a forced win streak then I would have one by now.

This has been my experience with Overwatch for years. Just a bunch of matches I can’t lose, followed by a bunch of matches I can’t win.

Should they come to an end, or should they come to a catastrophic end, where you’re winning games easily and then suddenly put in impossible matches?

Shouldn’t the games get progressively more difficult, instead of slamming up against an obvious rigged wall?

I’m gonna link this topic, in an attempt to try and dispel the ignorance being exhibited by so many in this thread

So, I know this will do nothing to change the opinions of those who have already decided what their facts are, but I just started with one loss then went on a 5 game win streak. No “forced loss” to keep me playing after game 4. I just won another game. And I ranked up.

Checkmate, atheists.

There is almost no official information about matchmaking.
Blizzard talks about it without saying anything substantial for years.
That’s the only fact about matchmaking we can validate.

It looks like they are using influencers / streamers to introduce wrong opinions, e.g. that “MMR Resets” would help in any way.
Even though no one here has ever explained and proven how Blizzard uses MMR or if it even exists internally.
Don’t even try to prove it, only Blizzard could do that.

And in my opinion, they introduced these terms to mislead the community.
In the best case we could save a lot of datasets per match and analyze it, there’s just one problem, you can’t trust anything players say about their matches.
Back then there was a software called “pursuit.gg” it was perfect for that task, of course Blizzard banned it by declaring it as cheating software, probably because it took screenshots and saved statistics, you could look into after the match.
(OWL Teams used that software, they even had a sponsor)

I also believe that the primary goal of a company is to maximize profit. I think it would be too dangerous to leave the core of the game experience to chance.

Threads about rigged matchmaking have been popping up for a long time, and the people claiming it aren’t trolls for the most part.
That’s much more relevant than people claiming to know how “MMR” or “SBMM” are implemented and used because someone at Blizzard hinted at it in an opaque way.
This is my opinion on matchmaking.
