As you all probably know by now since the Ashe update there´s been FPS drops and ping spikes and the game is still unplayable

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the game performance… many cases I’ve seen with this patch have been improved by scanning and repairing the game files (as this update has made some major changes to the file structure).
Let’s also check to ensure your video drivers and OS are up-to-date.

In more extreme cases, a full reinstall of the game has been necessary, so I would still leave that option on the table.
Having the same problem here, tried everything I can think of to no avail.
There’s talk of a future patch that will require a reinstall. If we do it now, will we have to do it again at a later date, too? My internet is way too crappy to want to do it twice.

thx for the help but the problem persists, thats why i havent tied the reinstall yet, because blizz said there will a patch soon that will require it

I’m in the same position. I’ve had FPS drops since the patch that Ashe was released with. I’ve done everything Blizzard suggests to no resolution. I still get random fps drops in the middle of a match.
We’re not the only ones either. If you look at all the threads talking about it, you can see that it’s been an issue since the Ashe patch.

Yea, ive been seeing similar posts since ashe was added to the live client
