"Animation problems?"

I have big animation problems that are ruining my games… Like if I do a step on the right it sometimes happens (40% of the times) that I do a step on the right then one on the left then once again one on the right or if I jump I get double animation jump. Tried to uninstall and reinstall then also scan and repair , new drivers for gpu and still nothing … Fun Fact :Tomorrow I will also NEED to play ranked or I will decay . Tried other games (Destiny2 , ROE) but no problems so I actually think that this is a OW problem. If you have any fix just tell me.
