Have you not been around with her millions of changes? Some rather big? lol.

Honestly all of this is super disappointing to read because my girlfriend is a mercy main and has been for some time now. And I didn’t realize that they had made negative changes to her. That explains why my GF has been so incredibly frustrated with the way Mercy has been playing and how she’s been unable to keep up tanks etc… Considering now it’s a one tank model every support character should have been given an upgrade and boost in heals to keep up. The fact that they even entertained a nerf is wild…
I really wish they’d just rework damage boost into something that charges Mercy up instead of pushing her target to unhealthy damage breakpoints.
Her new GA has a ton of offensive potential, but her blaster lacks the punch and the weapon swap speed (a surprisingly big issue with her right now) to realistically capitalize on it. Imagine being able to charge up like a battery from your dps then using that to pop off for a few seconds of 150-200% blaster damage against a flanker, or to GA slingshot off your tank to secure a backline kill, or even expend that charge on a half cast time rez.
