The fine print does not have the same info as the Sombra skin of last year, implying they do not wish to make it available past the ticket. I’m very happy that they stuck to their word regarding making the Sombra skin available.

No there is no indication that they will be again. If you want these skins, do purchase the BlizzCon Virtual Ticket.
