Without forcing 2-2-2. Make it a 1-1-1 minimum instead.
Which means each class has to be represented in a team.
Meaning, 3-3 is not possible… the closest would be 3-2-1 (which will force d.va out of the goats) making the comp alot more counterable by pharah, junkrat etc.
Also this solution will leave a lot of creative composition possibilities open, compared to forced 2-2-2
Classic goats will be impossible, but you can still run 1-1-4, 2-3-1, 2-2-2, 3-2-1, 2-1-3 etc

put reverse damage fallout on snipers close range.
with those changes maybe we cant stop the multirole heros.
that literally just makes McCree goats meta and we’re back at the same cancer.

Goats does not need a ’ solution’. Look at OWL. We’re only 2 days into the new patch play and we’ve already seen a ton of comp variety. Goats should still be viable, and it is, but it is no longer the only comp, and it’s only going to become less prevalent as the stage goes on and new strats are discovered and scrimmed.

At what point are you going to stop crying about Brigitte? In OWL where balance matters, Brigs is being run significantly less. GOATS in general is being run less so far. You say you don’t use her as a scapegoat, but you absolutely do. Never a mention of any of the heroes that are part of GOATS. You specifically ignore them all and continuously whine about Brigitte.

GOATS is already on its way out. Watching OWL the last couple of days has been great. I’ve seen much more comp diversity in the last two days than ever before. People will mimic the pros, too.
No thanks. 1-1-1 minimum will still mean I get at least 4 DPS mains who demand the other DPS mains switch to tank/healer in 90% of my games.
