Hanzo was only ever meta for shield breaking in double and shield and grav-dragon (back when storm arrows was broken). And I think if sustain and damage is lower, dive is more viable, thus making widow a bit weaker.

Wasn’t sym supposed to melt shields? Whatever happened to that? Did sym get that nerfed? I remember she could have infinite ammo when shooting the shield and her power would increase dramatically or did blizzard nerf that? If so, it needs to come back. Double shields is a problem, its basically another version of goats. Sym is the worse dps hero in the game hands down, might as well make her useful and make her OP vs shields, its not like its an issue considering her primary attack is close range anyway, while we are at it, buff bastion!
If sustain and damage was lowered it would just make widowmaker even stronger, there would be no one to contest her but another widowmaker, and widowmakers team could just go anti-dive so still it wouldn’t make widowmaker weaker. You’re just trying to use a slippery slope fallacy without any evidence it would even happen
