👯 A Decoy ability needs to exist now

(Hoping a future support or a reworked support, would have this ability.)

Why you ask?

(We are in a Spam meta… which is good, it means DPS more balence then they ever been.)

(Though Sombra and 76 are the weakest now. (Which is good, cause I think these two need Support focus buffs in a future ExC.))

Others are the best in certain situations and maps like Genji and Sym… (but that will always be a thing.)

But anyway, what is the decoy ability

Simple, it makes a copy of the hero appear, and this copy goes forward and shot nearby enemies.

It does no damage at all.

And can easily be destroyed.

Used to distract the enemy.

Aka make spam heroes, waste shots and time.

A great idea, he definitely need a character that can clone himself.

It could use some utility like the enemy thats shooting at the decoy is reveal for a brief time or something like that

No, he’s not the weakest. Nerf McCree = a buff to 76.

mccree doesn’t need nerfs and soldier is already good though.

His rate of fire is too high, a partial revert would be enough

it’d be cool to have a utility based- support who uses decoys, smokescreens, and speed boosts to avoid damage in addition to healing it.

wait i just realized, if his ult made all heroes on your team have decoys, the visual clutter would be INSANE

TBH giving him a buff to biotic field would probably be better than just constantly upping his damage. If they made biotic field into something that was a reason to bring him over another dps, he’d probably be better off because he’d have actual synergy with others.

Actually it’s the other side of the coin.

76’s fire rate is too high.

But his damage is too low.

But nerfing fire rate and buff the damage… wouldn’t solve anything.

Cause it would just put everything out of balance and uneven.

Instead 76 needs to be a better flanker or distraction.

Aka why he is currently the one I really want to have the suggested ability.
