What if you could choose your comp before a game?

What if you can choose your comp before a game or before you queue up for a role? Just like soccer, when teams choose their formation before a match. Some use three strikers others use only two or even one. Same thing with defenders, etc. So you would be able to choose 2-2-2 or 1-3-2 (I would leave only these two options because of balancing issues) If you choose 2-2-2 that teams heroes perform like they do in live comp. If you choose 1-3-2 , that teams heroes statistics would change to what…
