321 update just drop frames randomly

I havent change anything to my PC or settings. Since 321 update I will randomly drop frames. I just want to play and have fun but I don’t know how to fix this issue as dropping to 5 FPS randomly isn’t fun. It’s like looking at a power point presentation. Drivers are also up to date.

Hey, CaseyTries! Could you gather a DxDiag file? Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

The problem seemed to have gone away randomly. It was really strange, if it acts up again Ill post
