Why?

I mean, it’s keeping a rein shield occupied with a minimal damage source, and if anyone gets hit, it’s free ult charge. The turret itself don’t feed any ult, so it’s not like you are losing anything major for letting it shoot for an extra second or two before they break it for you.

I knew something was off about this ability. I hate the Torb rework to be honest but this is really terrible.
