Since one of the patches zagara’s creep has been really hard to see to near invisible making almost impossible to counter her in the lanes.
Provide a screenshot of how it looks, can’t tell from your post if it is a map specific issue or one present on every battleground. Both are a possibility.

try comparing some lines inside of Variables.txt file with mine, adjust whatever possible and try again, “false” can be replaced with “true” and 0 goes up to 3 at least, this file usually allows configuration beyond the in-game menu limitations and something could have possibly been corrupted

This is something I’ve seen before in several versions of SC2 over the years. The most possible solution could just as well be to avoid TERRAIN:LOW graphics setting in game options but for more information you should search SC2 dedicated forums as I’m sure you’ll find something over there. TeamLiquid website could also help as it stores a lot of older information and both games share the exact same engine.
I would assume you already tried completely deleting Variables.txt or repairing game files?
