I have had multiple instances where the heal off of an auto attack wont proc. The UI indicates I have a charge and I did hit a hero with a basic ability to get that auto attack heal.
Sometimes it takes multiple basic attacks for it to proc, and sometimes I have to hit another basic ability as a reset of sorts.
Opposite experience, two games in row I had a Yrel from my team achieve 100k+ self healing, greatly outperforming main healers on both teams. There seems to be something fishy about it even if you take insane stat padding in mind. Standard 20-25min game, nothing extraordinary.

Were you attacking a target while Blind or was the target Evading? In both of these instances the heal won’t trigger off the auto-attack.
If you were not, would you mind sending the replay in to us using the Bug Attachment Guidelines with a time stamp of the interaction you are describing?
