I start:
Medivh counters Garosh, because no matter, how hard Garosh tries to catch someone, Medivh will save ally by portal and shield. + both his ults are helpful in this way.
Now - what hero Does Garosh counter?
Garrosh counters Kel’thuzad because he can cleanse himself and allies while also abusing Kel’s large hitbox, meh range, and tiny health pool.
Genji counters Kel’thuzad.
KTZ has a giant hurtbox which makes it incredibly easy to hit all 3 shurikens, it is especially deadly with the shingan talent.
If by some miracle genji gets chained, his reflect guarantees his safety.
Brightwing counters Genji: point and click silence with optional 25% armor reduction. Also Spell armor reduces chances for E to kill, whereas resets are harder to get.
Hanzo counters Brightwing
Long range slightly bursty damage.
besides the spell armor not much BW can do
Maiev counters Hanzo.
Bound mechanic cut his only escape.
Brightwing counters Maiev. Have we come full circle?

Alright, Lunara counters maiev, Poison to good and she can’t be catched by Maiev.
Lili counters Lunara, blinds hurt her badly, consistent healing and I believe poison keeps fast feet active?
Hanzo have sustain dmg not burst. He doesn’t counter Bw at all.
Lunara counters Uther because she have a lot of sustain and aoe damage and Uther have too huge CD.
Lunara also been said, but okay
Nazeebo counters Uther, because dmg over time is greater then Uthers slow burst healing
