I just got out many games where we had people teaming with new players at lvl 16 and 10. To me, that is an instant lose. The person always does less dmg than a healer or dies over and over. Im lvl 600+ but when you game late at night you get the worse. I would rather have someone talk shat to me and get most dmg or heals or whatever than a limp dik.
Also, this is a call against blizzard for grouping lvl 1000+ people with lvl 16. The game is allready over…
If player are toxic, he cant be pro, cause he will talk too much about your fails and waste a time.
Who sayed that feeder = noob?
Well I guess I want to win and I can alway mute the pro
I’d rather have the noob feeder unless I’m in a ranked game
If they are toxic but still playing well I would take them. However chances are they will be so busy being toxic and sitting around doing nothing they might as well be a noob.
Pro all day, if something really upsets you personally there’s something you can do about it. You can’t just improve a players abilities with any in-game options and in my experience even new unskilled players have egos and will rarely listen to any advice offered.
Depends, if his toxicity is followed by a tip or a few words of wisdom, i would take it,
but if its just pure sh!t , would ignore n play,
but i can mute him, i would take a toxic decent player over a deliberate feeder any day,
about noobs, well, how i see it, everyone is a noob when he starts,
its a long journey to get to a DECENT skills level from a NOOB level too, let alone pro ,
but noobs with ears , they r tolerable,
the only noobs tht piss me off r the ones who dont hav ears, but hav a big mouth
Is that even a question? Toxic pro of course. Toxic pro knows how to play at least while noob feeder has nothing to offer for you. I mean this is a competetive game, not whatsapp or skype group or smth. Gameplay > social manners.
You can mute the pro with two clicks but you can’t win with the feeder and troll.
Something Blizzard never understood. Their game is dead for good reasons.
Any smart player would never have to face those kind of players, ever. They party up with those they trust, go for draft and have good games.
You’ve barely played the game, at all. Less talking and more playing. That’s how you improve your skills.
Noob everyday, because at least it’s not their fault and losing because of a toxic player feels much worse. But then I’m just a filthy casual anyway.
The fact is a ton of the best players are fairly toxic.
I can always mute a toxic player who is extremely skilled. I can’t “un-bad” the ‘good luck have fun guys’ happy-go-lucky guy who dies for the 7th time on Sylvanas before we hit level 10.
I see no reason to play ranked except to win enough matches to rank up. I would pick the toxic pro every time and mute them if chat became an issue, as long as they perform exceptionally well.
People who say they wouldn’t do this are practically admitting they like hanging around at lower ranks out of their own free will.
People in the NBA, NHL etc. also throw fairly nasty insults at their teammates every day on the field, and they get paid to play. They’re not playing an outdated Blizzard game, they’re playing contact sports.
Very competitive people are often this way and there is nothing you can do to change them (except in a Moba you can actually mute them and continue the game)
Why is it even a question? We all have a mute button…
Sure, but you can’t stop him from sitting in a bush while he has a cat fight with someone else on the team, then decides to throw the game out of anger causing the person he was arguing with to do the same.
Meanwhile, you’re left with 2 others trying to play a 3v5.
Operative phrase here.
NBA, NHL, etc are jobs. They get paid for it. Just like any other work place, there are politics at play and slackers tend to be on the receiving end of toxicity.
HotS is a recreational game. None of you are HGC even when it existed so no one is going to put up with your whiney BS so you can sabotage games indirectly because you’re too pathetic to keep your emotions in check like a well adjusted adult.
I don’t write anything during a match (so enemy+friendly players can’t frivolously report you - reports against you no longer count if you don’t type during a match)
However I still much rather play with a 17-0 Zeratul who is toxic (I can always mute him) than a 0-12 Zeratul who has no idea how to play and is “positive”.
noob feeder.
at least they have the potential to be good, and besides, we were ALL bad once, the people who played with us when we were trash didnt complain.
TOXIC PEOPLE??? NO WAY.
they dont have even the faintest signs of brains. sometimes when i lose with a bad person i laugh it off, but with a toxic it just makes me pissed. theyre just terrible people that wont EVER be fixed.
When I wrote you, I meant that ‘figuratively’ as in speaking toward those who are actually toxic and not specifically you.
I don’t know if you’re actually toxic, never played a match with you so I’m not lobbing any labels at you.
There are very good toxic players and very bad toxic players. A blanket statement like “they have no brain” makes no sense because it’s not true.
If that toxic player constantly outplays the enemy and makes me win, why would I not want to play with them? I want to rank up, I’m not in a game to sip tea and swap pleasantries in chat with others.
If I get bothered by text I can mute that player, and still retain a superior player on my team.
Only performance matters. If I have 75% win ratio with that toxic person but 45% with a so called friendly player, why on earth would I not play ranked with the former? If the former consistently gets quad and mega kills while the friendly guy finishes the game with 10 deaths and not a single kill on his assassin why would I want to play another game with him?
I don’t know about you guys but I play ranked to win. For relaxing there are Brawls, AI’s or even Quick Match. I select ranked teammates based on their win ratio. I have 61% this season with ~300 matches so I want to play with someone who is at least 55-60%. If I find a toxic who is 70% over hundreds of games I will absolutely invite them.
i didnt mean it was technical, i meant that all toxic players in general are very annoying and awful people, and they make bad arguments hence why theyre brainless. and sometimes toxic players feed when you ignore them ( it happens)
Yes, there are crappy toxics. Just as there are crappy people in every category.
I see no value in a toxic who has 44% win rate. They’re the kind who rage afk or feed.
If he has 74% and played something like 200 rankeds this season, I would go to great lengths to get them on my team. I can always mute them if necessary. Having a player this good on your team is like having an extra 1,5 players instead of 1.
