When they buffed his level 13 talents, Holy Nova suddenly became viable. It increases your W’s self-heal, as well as its healing to allies, if you remain close enough to them. And it also damages pesky melee enemies, who refuse to move away from you.
True, that its numbers aren’t too high, but better low than none at all
