cuz the typical WoW art has hyper-testosterone for the men creating dimorphism between some of the playable race genders in ways more exaggerated than the hybridized stylization used for HoTs where shoulders arenā€™t as massive in a game with a difference perspective.

also, cuz some peeps have a superficial grasp of gender distinctions and rely on exaggerations to compensate, so in the absence of engorged masculinity, then the subject must be androgynous if not outright effeminate.

cue the Hans and Franz references for all the girly men that didnā€™t get pumped up :wink:

Funny thing is he had a fairly realistic frame in MoP, but then he had to take over as the leader of the alliance in Legion and suddenly gained 200 pounds of muscle and doubled in width.
