This whole thing kinda depends on level. Some heroes get key talents later, some earlier. But overall, imma have to go with, Varian, tracer, zeratul, Raynor.
I also know a few that are surprisingly good at dueling. Still not amazing but better than people expect from those characters. Qhira, Zagara, murky come to mind.
