Heroes that should beat Sonya every single game:
Ray, Fenix, Rexxar, probius, Artanis, butcher, dehaka and Yrel. Varian too but he needs colossus or level 7 Twinblades by time laning phase is almost over.
Few more that are on side favored to win the lane:
Alarak, Gaz, Greymane and Blaze(will struggle with mana long term).
There is a whole bunch more heroes if you included heroes who are neutral or at least have chance of winning the lane.
