Talents
For her mana management there are essentially two positions to take:
- She should be baseline mana hungry, and getting refunds should cost something. Following this there are the options of either making a mana tier before 10 that has an option for all four builds (Q, W, E, basic attack) or a single trait-bound option before 10 that works with any build.
- She should be able to restore her mana in any way, so there need to be mana restoration options baseline either on the trait or for each ability separately.
I´ll be going with position one for this post.

Mana management is essential and needs to come early for all possible builds, thats why it is on level 1. Her level 4 in the version on the PTR has essentially only the basic attack talent pickable, whereas wiping it to make pace for the level 1 talents is no loss. Additionally that basic attack talent looked a little string for level 4, so it might fit better on 7.
I actually like the E quest talent, but the gain is rather low and it can not replace the mana management in function or playstyle. Maybe it can be repurposed into Righteous Flame as a damage quest for E.
In regards to Righteous Flame i am a litte conflited as the baseline increase is nice, but overall i think the spike increase for hindered targets is more relevant.
Her level 16 basic attack talent was definitely way too strong especially with the 20% per Zeal talent earlier on.
Her Cleanse lacked a meaningful integration into the rest of her kit, with the stack dependency on the level 1 talents this might change.
