You clearly don’t know Dibbles well then. Even with full W build he does A LOT of damage to enemies.
Dibbles just Ws + spell shield, now you did nothing to him and he is close to full hp to dive you. Tyrael shields Dibbles (making spell shield even more effective) and just Qs away/engages.
And how do you kill Nova exactly? You have a triple high sustain high hp frontline with spell damage mitigation + shields. Oh wait, I forgot how Azmo can just dive her right? Or maybe KT? With that much protection Nova is free to do all the damage she wants.
Team B, game gonna be an hour long.
avoid team fight and slowly push using wave
KT and azmo 1 lane while naz and jr 1 lane
malganis going where ever needed
the thing about waveclear only being useful if you lose the objective is a little less true nowadays, since they buffed the base zerg wave by quite a bit. even if you 100-0 it, you’re still gonna be facing a decent number of enemy zerg
but, i do think that if team A manages to dominate the points with their sustainable frontline, they should be able to get better pushes in, regardless of the waveclear differences. they’d just have to go hard so the game won’t drag too long
So Diablo usually picks spell shield, and Nova never dies. Because she’s simultaneously is dealing damage to the back line, while being protected by the front line. That’s how the game goes?
aye, that’s what i’m thinkin’. vikings help the structures clean up the smaller enemy wave (mostly the ranged guys the structures can’t reach), four-man pushes as hard as they can with the allied wave, hopefully get a swap or two on the enemy’s squishies along the way
well, he’s right about diablo picking spell shield considering team B’s line up.
nova never dies considering artanis gonna swap.
what he missed was “equal skill” players
Team A has only 1 advantage over Team B, and that is durability. Team B has them beat in every other category.
Nova and Artanis are the only real damage dealers on Team A, and there’s no way they’d be able to match 4 Mages worth of damage output in either teamfights or objective clearing. It doesn’t matter if they win the first few objectives, all Team B would have to do is send Azmo and KT to burn down the Zerg wave in less than a minute. If Team B gets the objective, they’re taking a Fort at least in one go.
Bonus points because Team A has TLV on it and that means they will effectively be down a hero every teamfight.
