How about a Zergling swarm?
You start with 4 identical Zerglings who are individually weak but have great attack speed. You can micro each Ling or move them as a group. You could also specialize with talents, evolve them and otherwise alter them to fight better. The point would be that they are more of a macro style hero where your choices are made before the battle rather than during it and instead you’d focus on microing each of the 4 individually for greater effect.

Could be interesting. Although it could also turn out as a disaster if the devs don’t hit the right spot for balance.

If your list doesn’t include Mengsk (the big bad of the Terran, propaganda king, Raynor’s and Kerrigan’s antagonist), Ulrezaj (the big bad of the Protoss, a freakin Dark Archon made of 7 Dark Templar), the Overmind (the real reason you love the Zerg, not Kerrigan : not as a core replacement hero, but a building/army summoning hero), or Duran/Narud(the bigger bad) your list is wrong.

Personally, I really want Stetmann. Mechanized Zerg? Brilliant. Mecha Battlecarrier Lord. You just see that name and you know it is awesome. I love him. It’s ok if you don’t. But it does mean we can’t be friends.

People suggest a multi-Zergling hero, but then they don’t play TLV like that. It’s basically just a less interesting TLV guys, unless you add some very interesting abilities or talents.
Don’t get me wrong I want it.

Talis. I know she’s not very prominent in the story, but she’s also the only named Adept and the Adept is too cool of a unit not to have in HotS

This is a solid Adept kit as a Support hero (for the wrong character granted, but the idea is still strong).

The adept is not a support. It’s an alternative to the Zealot as your canon fodder troops. In HotS terms, Ranged assassin.

Carbot’s design is still quite strong. It takes a lot of the mechanics and makes an original kit out of it.
