For the terran, i have Rory Swann in his Marauder unit in mind. But by looking at what you have in mind, it looks good, really good.
Larvae
I really want to see Selendis in the game!
If we assess the situation on the characters of StarCraft, we get the following picture:
Of the StarCraft characters announced by BlizzCon 2011, which are not currently in the game, only Tosh and Selendis remain.
I think it’s time for these two.
Izsha
Rohana
Niadra
Any zerg.
Protoss:
- Ji’nara
- Vorazun
- Talis
- Selendis
- Karax
- Rohana
- Ma’lash
Terran:
- Valerian Mengsk
- Rory Swann
- Gabriel Tosh
- Ariel Hanson
- General Warfield
Xel’naga:
- Ouros
- Amon
- Samir Duran
For me:
Zerg
- The Overmind, if a Core Replacement hero could be made to work (it might be complicated with the way Alterac works)
- Niadra, as an overblown version of Varian, where the player gets to choose the way they evolve throughout the match (could be a made up larva-hero, if Niadra is too dificult to visually distinguish from Zagara)
Terran
- Tosh, and possibly Stetman and/or Swann, just 'cause they were playable heroes in the campaign.
Protoss
- Talandar, he’s not as cool as “real” Fenix, but he’s still cool
- Vorazun, 'cause we don’t have a female Protoss yet (Selendis, Talis, Rohana, and Ji’Nara are also often suggested as an option for this)
- Karax, also 'cause he was one of the playable campaign heroes.
Other
- I’ve no idea how they could make a Xel’Naga hero (they couldn’t even move in the missions where they appeared IIRC)
- A hybrid, 'cause that faction is cool and unrepresented. Maybe Ma’ar (I think he was called something like that?)
- Overmind
- Vorazun
- Selendis
- Izsha
- Mengsk
- Adjutant
Selendis all my yes.
Make it happen Blizz.
Vorazun cause she looks so cool and with the Dark Templars’ touch
Tosh, cause I like the guy and a terrazined ghost/spectre sounds awesome
Probably Tosh.
I don’t know of any Zerg that I “really” want, and I never played Legacy of the Void, so I’m not familiar with the Protoss from that expansion.
Oh, and I don’t want Talandar, as we already have Fenix in the game and it would be weird having 2 of the same character in the game.
Also I am very against core replacement heroes, and I don’t really see how the Overmind could be done as a non-core replacement, so no Overmind either.
- Gabriel Tosh
- 2 players in 1 body Dark Archon hero
Tosh
Rohana
Maar
[20 lol]
i would love to see duran/narud’s interactions with stew-kov

gibme mengsk
A playable Ultralisk or Hydralisk. The game needs more monstrous heroes rather than a bunch of humanoids. Deathwing is a good step forward since he’s a dragon.
Not likely to happen unless they remove that Heroic from Kerrigan, as there would be silhouette issues, with people confusing the Heroic for the Hero.
Kerrigan’s ult is pretty small. Really, she summons a Pygalisk rather than an ultra. Zagara’s W would probably be a bigger issue, but honestly, the zerg units in game would probably be noticably smaller than zerg heroes. Not as much as raynor and a marine, but still.
I could also see them changing the silhouette pretty easily. Just make up some special strain, throw in some spines, different body shape, armour plates, ect.
Alan Schezar. A Goliath with a psi emitter, can activate to make mutalisks attack him and deactivate it again to make the mutalisks stop and attack any friendly or hostile forces in vicinitt. He has a passive that makes heroes drop Khaydarin crystals when attacked, friendly heroes can pick it up for extra shields. He can summon a vulture gang that follows him around and lay spider mines much like Lich King army of the dead.
