Which Hero for Merc camp capture?

With the “Capture 8 merc camps” event quest going on, which hero is best for that?

I currently use Anub who is awesome with the self heals and defense.
He can cap merc camps immediately from the start.

Are there others that are good at capping merc camps right from the start?

Ktz completed quest looks smooth adn asthetic post 20.

Giants and goats can be capped by anyone, its just the matter of time.

For everything else you need high dps with selfsustain or something to soak hits.

Im not sure if its bug or not, but you can bait turret operator far enough so turret doesnt shoot you. Another easy camp.

EDIT - oh, and there are scouts (?) on Hanamura. Ez.

Artanis is quite fun to play and works well for capping Mercs

They have bad life sustain so are not efficient at capturing camps alone due to the need to constantly hearth and reheal.

Artanis constant trait means he takes no damage once it is procing and all he has to do is spam his dual strike. He is by far the most efficient I find as he can do weaker camps from level 1 and harder ones at level 4.

Samuro actually doesnt take any dmg taking any camps and Greymane can do siege camp or sapper camp without taking any dmg and can do impalers with pretty minimal dmg as well.

Also Samuro can solo bosses if microes well and at 20 you dont wven need to micro at all to take bosses.

All of these heroes can take hard camps quickly with little HP lost.

If you want to 1 game the quest you will need to do bruisers.

So can Artanis and Gazlowe.

Yeh they are also pretty good at taking camps. Illidan has problems because he is illidan so outside of taking camps it can be a pain to use him against some comps.

Sonya is pretty solid and efficient.

I have done that with KT also Samuro still stands and if you get Infernal shrines any basically hero will do.

Personally i run these thru in AI.

Malthael and Hanzo are my personal favorite capping a camp.
Feels pretty smooth.

Artanis is best, then Varian, then Illidan. The first two are actually really strong picks outside of vs. AI too.

I know artanis can solo a bruiser at level 1 with amateur opponent, and that’s basically how I play Artanis every time I use him.

u can complete that quest in a few games if u take initiative and capture camps with ur team, regardless of hero.

tho since u asked, I like zeebo (with the right build). he’s also a mage so u can double as ur team’s spell dps.

varian is the best hero for any camp solo or in groups, double sword and heal on every single hit, by level 7 he can solo boss camps, i prefer to do boss camps at lvl 10 though so i can have a better cooldown with the charge skill.

with the change to sylvanas, she is no longer the greatest low to mid camp capturer, though she can still do camps its just a lot weaker

Artanis w amateur opponent lvl 1 or TB varian are basically made to rotate merc camps
