Where Are the Maps?

I’ve been getting the exact same four maps, in the exact same order, the last several matches I have played.

  1. Dragonshire
  2. Sky Temple
  3. Garden of Terror
  4. Blackheart’s Bay

According to the patch notes, we are supposed to have 15 maps available now. Where are they?
