When To B-Step, Taunt, Spray, or Dance on Someone's Corpse

I’m gonna sound reallllly lame in this post, I know, but whatever.

I actually kind of feel bad for killing people; don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy it, but if they’re just getting stomped, I would never feel the urge to rub it in even further by sitting in the spot where I killed them and B-stepping or taunting them in any other way. I mean, to me it’s enough that you’re killing them a lot. It just seems mean to do that other stuff, especially if it wasn’t a fair fight where either of you could have had a chance to win.

My one personal exception, however, is the revenge spray or dance. If someone on the other team kills me, or is really cocky and always trying to kill me, when I finally kill them, I’ll put down a happy little spray of perhaps Kel’Thuzad petting his cat (because go eat a potato for killing me). Or for example, if Varian really enjoys charging me all the time when I’m just hanging in a lane and not bothering anyone, but then I end up killing him anyway with my combo, I’ll do a little Kel’Thuzad dance with his cat because I literally was unaware up until that point that I could solo Varian as Kel’Thuzad without my ult. And also because go eat a potato, Varian.

I’m not really sure how I expect anyone to respond to this, so really just say whatever you want - do you do something different? Agree? Disagree? Disagree and also think I’m a big dummy and absolute fool? Let’s hear it! :smiley:

You’re right, it’s rude if it’s an absolute stomp. I like to spray after a close encounter.

They try to kill me but i narrowly escape - spray.

I usually B-step or spray under the following circumstances:

-Guy seems to be riding me all the time so whenever I kill him, B-step/spray
-If someone chases beyond what I’d consider reasonable and then my cds come back and I delete him. B-step/spray
-If someone seems to be tryhard dueling me by doing some overt micro and dies, B-step/spray
-If someone does it first, I B-step/spray and spray them when I kill them.

I never taunt because I don’t like the self root. Don’t need the rain to crash on my parade.

I do it if they crushed us at the start but lost at the end because they got complacent.
I did it once when i survived a 4 man gank.

99% of the time I don’t do this, the only exception I make is if you were on my team the game before and talked a lot of trash, and I run into next game, yeah, it’s on.

I can guarantee more people are irked by salty teammates than bsteps and sprays. So I’m not anyone really considers it bm except in the case of the team taunting instead of finishing core.

That said, I only do it when surviving a chase when I should have died.

I usually spin around on the end after stomping them. Only B-step/spray/taunt when enemy loses their momentum late game. Feelsgoodman

My reasons to spray / taunt

  • you almost got me
  • i out played you
  • im dominating you ( solo’ed you multiple times or was the reason to get you killed multiple times )
  • i know you and i expect you to taunt me if you kill me lol ( also if we know each other , you better dance with me in the lane before we start killing each other, a dance off to cheer our minnions ! :joy:)

i always spray, dance and b-step everyone everytime and dont forget to run into enemy base and dance in front of it while their core is going down

i only do that when they do it first. ok i lied i’m toxic af i do it every game losing or winning it’s just amazing cause it makes them focus me more and i like that the more they tryhard to kill me and fail makes me bstep more and more!

Spray - 4+ Kills and barely escaping
Taunt - Enemy team is dead, no chance of death by Nexus Forces.
B-Step - In retaliation for others B-Stepping.

Spray all the time. It doesnt matter. Its a joke. You dont have to be up. It might tilt them. If not who cares.

I dont b step anymore but if i did same rules. Who cares. If they care then its your minor advantage.

I like to spray as Li Li when I bully enemy Malth/Leoric so much in the solo lane they change the lane.

I can if i will b-step or spray people if they try to 2v1 me and i come out as the winner. Taunts i mostly use at the end of the game when core is going down as i dont like the self root.
