When Stukov E build nerf

I know if you look at > winrate.com with 50 filters you prove this wont need a nerf and that you dont play the game

But let me tell you as someone who plays the game. Stukov is a difficult hero and there are bad and good players who impact the winrate

Now we got that out of the way.

E build is a bit too strong and could use a nerf. The dmg is strong, silence reset is disquisting and very easy to archieve.
I think his silence is OP on its own and to see its expending so rapidly and that it can be recasted is not fun to play against

They would have to move Growing Infestation up in tiers so it wont become available before past 10.

Put it together in the same tier as Violent Reaction and It Hungers. Then you have perfectly nerfed him. That way you would force people to think twice what to pick since they no longer can combo Growing infestation and It Hungers anymore

Dmg on 1 could also use a slight nerf if you ask me
