"wHeN nErF qHiRa"!

I’ve seen like 3 or 4 threads in the past 2 days asking this question, and that’s not counting the other 5 “I’m uninstalling” threads I’ve seen today alone and the usual dozen or so “X hero OP” threads.

Qhira will be nerfed about 2 weeks after her release, as usual.

This is standard procedure by now, ya’ll should know this. If you think she’s overtuned, take measures to deal with it until she’s nerfed. Play counters, play safer, switch to ARAM, find some other game to occupy your time, whatever.

If she’s really so OP, she’ll get her nerfs in about a week. Screaming into the void for immediate nerfs will not speed that up, regardless of whether you actually plan to carry through on your threats to uninstall.

Of course, feel free to talk about which parts in specific you want nerfed, that’s what the forums are for, but please be realistic. None of this “remove X ability!” nonsense.

she seems pretty balanced to me

her e>q>w combo does a lot of damage… but I don’t really feel like it’s too strong

I just got busy playing something else recently. Haven’t played since before she was announced, and will wait for the inevitable nerf to hit before I jump back in. Watching streams of her has been fun though, lol.

I’ve gathered that her AA hits pretty hard. People seem to think the immunity on her E is busted, but since you can put her in a bad spot with a good cleanse or some mobility it’s probably fine. DoT is nothing new. I wonder how her health is though, is she best of both worlds for bruiser and assassin?

she actually does pretty well in lane in a good number of matchups, her Q clears pretty decently and her W gives her good sustain in lane and in fights. Her AA… can hit hard sometimes with certain procs but I wouldn’t really say it’s generally anything even remotely special, the thing that makes her AA so strong i think is that it refreshes her bleed trait and the bleed does a lot of damage. Esp. since a lot of people are taking the bleed level 1, because it’s really good.

Yes she is incredibly OP, but she will be nerfed in a week as usual.

my opinion:

  • AA damage not bad above 50% enemy HP.
  • DoT damage not bad above 50% enemy HP (Fatal Wounds Level 1). this could probably be nerfed to increasing the DoT damage by 30% or something that like that. it just strikes me as a ‘win more’ button vs ‘above 50% your dots do more damage’ kind of like Tychus with the talent ‘The Bigger They Are’ where it cuts off after a certain threshold. ya know?
  • Stun not that threatening tbh and can actually be detrimental to her
  • Qhira HP pool is appropriate imo
  • Qhira self heal (active effect) may be too much burst considering its very easy for her to DoT up a lot of heroes.

NO! :stop_sign::stop_sign:

I mean what else do you expect noobs to do when they can’t handle a situation? It’s like a newborn, they will cry and hope something gets done about their problems.
It’s clearly not an l2p issue, i mean come on, if even I lose against this hero, then he must be OP :open_mouth:

Also every good player i know is not convinced she’s OP but all you forum no names must know it better of course xD

Nah shes fine. Anyone who can 8 ball slap the soul out of KT without much effort is fine in my book. Qhira mains, you are my best friend.

We are the minority. It’s honestly a shame but it is what it is. At least we few can enjoy the game while everyone who refuses to learn or adapt can just suffer.

I’d say nerf “Fatal Wounds” to only proc when it’s at 35% because I don’t want to have to be able to see my imminent death at 50% health wtf.

I should be glad to escape death when I have 50 health, not 50% health.

Either that, or I’d say adjust the DoT. The damage amount is fine, but the speed in which it kills you is ridiculous. Even Lunara gives you time to pray before dying. :frowning:

Still waiting on qhira nerf. This is getting old.

You’ll get your nerf when you fix this damn door!

First pick Qhira

Qhira:
“iM In”

The balance patch will be Wednesday, they moved the balance patch for hero to 3 weeks to get more data. Also it will probably be a bit more of a shuffling of her power around her talents as fatal wounds and final strike are the main outliers in her kit.

For the moment I’ve just quit playing until she gets adjusted. Specifically, Fatal Wounds. Either that talent needs to be toned down or her base line bleed damage needs toned way down. It feels every bit as bad as Raynor’s original Ace in the Hole talent that gave him +30% damage on a CC’d enemy. A single AA and a full stack of her bleed brings most non-Warrior heroes to 50% health, at which point she just activates it for even more damage. Unless you have a heavy sustained healer or personal self healing, chances are you’re not going to live through that damage.

She gets even worse when pocketed by an Abathur or her own healer. Suddenly none of the damage you can actually do to her scares her off and your own healer/shielder can’t keep up. Y’know how Illidan can be scary with an Abathur babysitting him? Qhira dials that up to about 11. She really doesn’t need +50% bleed damage on that level one, nor does she need the +50% damage per stack of bleed on her W. Pick one to keep and get rid of the other.
