I always wanted a full bambi skin for lunara that shoots lazers from the eyes instead of throwing spears.
Could fit in with the toys events.
What is it? I believe that Anduin more skins sure I want answers that already Protoss for Li-Ming also need Protoss skins for Cassia, Jaina, & Whitemane for sure.
I’ve said this a couple times, but I’d adore Butcher as a cop. He could have an ill-fitting uniform (complete with shades and a moustache). Ruthless Onslaught gives him police sirens, Lamb to the Slaughter is a giant handcuff, and Fresh Meat is donuts. That would be amazing.
Also, I want Pro-boo-us (Probius as a bedsheet ghost) or C’thun Probius.

A spear fisherman skin for Imperious, because diving in with that spear at a hero cluster and plucking one out feels like fishing.
Arachne Zagara, Bacchus Chen, Xenotech Zagara, Easter Bunny Yrel, Infested Dva with Zerg ish Mecha, maybe some cute skin lines like pajama party skins.
