For me it was a 64 stack of Storm Bolt as Muradin in a 40min game. By the end of the game I was basically a burst assassin.
Other notable ones were when I had 46 stacks of Devour on Stitches that would allow me to generate around 70hp per second.
And I just had a game where I reached 46 stacks of Trent with Malfurion. Another late game assassin.
135 on Chromie’s Q, I think. After that many stacks she was a one (wo)man army.
Then they capped it at 60 and ruined the hero.
She was a real burst mage.

It was easier to get kills with Temporal Loop back then, as long as you made sure it wont be cleansed (Li Li was a great target to Loop if she was alone, she can cleanse others but not herself). Now she doesn’t have damage to kill people with R+W+Q at high stacks (plus she can’t even go beyond 60 sand stack now).
I started playing this game around summer 2019. I don’t remember her being so oppressive. Was this before that?
Yeah, you started HotS just after that. She got gutted on 2019-03-26.

Yeah, that’s what happens when your Q hits for over 1k damage and has a 3 second cooldown. Oh, and it has an Echo cast that hits for about another 2/3rds of that.
I’m glad they got rid of that nonsense.
I got Zul’jin’s Arcanite Axes up to about 300 bonus damage in ARAM once, which with the double rotation from YWA? means that my W was hitting for over 2k damage total if it hit all 4 times.
It took about 40 minutes to get it that high, and I managed to get over 500 stacks of YWA (which translates to about 100 bonus AA damage) in that same game.
Well I’m glad I didn’t start playing HotS during the time of that abomination, otherwise I’d be going back to LoL 
One time, I had ~400 HPS from Regen Master on Chen before he was reworked. Was playing with an Alexstraza
I got 70+ stacks with Mura Q and Arthas D.
Got 400 meat as Butch (never more 
we always won before reaching bigger heights).
And got like 250 stacks on Zul’s You want axe?
I remember with the old Chromie I got around 200 stacks on Q once. In most games I’d have around 100-150 stacks.
I also got to about 300 trait stacks with ZJ in ARAM a while ago.
I also achieved more than 500 meat with Butcher.
And I also got about 130 stacks on Veteran Marksman on Raynor in ARAM twice.
I’ve gotten almost 600 stacks on Sylvanas’ Unfurling Shadows quest in ARAM a couple times. That’s 300% bonus damage.
My personal goal is to break 700 stacks on Artanis’ new level 1.
Got 70+ stacks on Hungry for More on Stitch a few hours ago. That’s like an extra 2k hp :Đ
I think I got like 800 Stacks on Butcher once.
We had the game in the bag and kind of just farmed them for 15 mins to get more exp out of the match.
We were going to go for 1000 but after 70 odd kills sort of lost the appetite for it haha.
I had about 1600 taste for blood stacks on the old Azmodan brawl. But in normals games i once had 560 stacks as Butcher. Also had 55 stacks on LILIs old globe quest.
Well, I reached 87 stacks on treant once. Yeah, I don’t know how the game lasted that long with how much I was rooting them. But um, the tree started seemingly getting kills all by itself.
I miss that Brawl. It was one of the best ones in the game’s history.
