Nothing spectacular with this damage, everyone else except guldan (who is most likely bad) are not dps
It takes 0.5 secs to start dash, enough time between AAs.
They were not bad, we just had better rotations, also, no one made enough dmg because we kill them. Numbers aren’t all in this game, i have had games were i do a lot of siege and hero dmg but i end losing or being put far from the MVP.

Sustaining Power, Dissonance and Hindered Motion aren’t good now, Extended Lightning and Applied Force are just waaaaay better.
The rencently buffs to Alarak aren’t THAT great and i told you that Melenablanca have a hard time fighting Alarak, just as Alarak have a hard time fighting Medivh, is part of the nature of the mechanics of each hero.
Depends what build you’re going for. If you’re going for a low-impact but safe poke build, yeah they aren’t that good. But if you’re going for his high-impact but relatively unsafe DS nuke build, they are absolutely amazing.
I pick Dissonance often just to no lose sadism, and Hindered Motion have some moments when it shines but Sustaining Power is absolute c#$p, however some little buffs will make those talents viable and not only situational.
Dissonance is pretty useful against Melee Heroes who rely on abilities a lot, or if they don’t have a lot of ranged heroes.
That extra 0.75 seconds silence (if I can remember) can be oppressive combined with Mocking Strikes.
I think you’re sorely underestimating Sustaining Power. It actually has a higher winrate than Extended Lightning, and the build it works best with, his DS build, has a significantly higher winrate than his standard LS build (Extended, Neg Charge, and Applied Force).
Not that I would mind a buff my favorite level 1 talent. Maybe something like reducing it’s healing bonus back down to 30% but allowing it to stack multiplicatively with Sadism?
Forget Mocking Strikes, with Chaos Reigns (completed) and Dissonance, Discord Strike becomes a 2.25 second silence that also deals 570 damage to heroes at base value. That’s almost Valeera’s full Garrote combo applied all at once.
Mocking Strikes is just the icing on the cake.
I keep trying it but even with the recent changes it just doesn’t have the same value that the other level 1 talents.

My record is 208% Sadism off of just Rak’shir and his base.
Find Alarak on HotsLogs, set the filter for the past 3 weeks, then scroll to the very bottom. If you filter for higher levels, it won’t show any of his builds except for the standard LS one, but that one is still significantly below average.
