Sadly for those who want the bike, it can only be used on Tracer. It is hero specific to her.
This is a warning in case you wanted the bike to use it on other heroes.

Wish I knew this before buying the bundle. Also, the animations aren’t even correct as Tracer jumps between two completely unrelated animations when driving straight and turning.
I legit can’t tell if this is actually a bug or completely intentional and just rushed last minute to make a deadline.

They kinda messed up with the goodies for Heroes of the Storm.
Firstly, we are not getting anymore a banner, a spray and a Nexus mount (see BlizzCon Virtual Ticket 2018 rewards) or a portrait (see BlizzCon Virtual Ticket 2019 rewards) by purchasing a BlizzCon Virtual Ticket (in this case there is no more a Virtual Ticket, but a bundle called The Celebration Collection - 30 Years of Blizzard).
Secondly, I don’t understand why are they rewarding us with Tracer (since there is already a promotion with Tracer - you can get her by purchasing Overwatch: Legendary Edition - but I understand that they are rewarding us with Tracer because she comes bundled with her mount) when purchasing The Celebration Collection and because most of the players already own her. The bike (OSV-03 Rogue) that you also receive when buying the bundle is a Hero Specific mount that can be used only by Tracer and is also kinda bugged. A lot of people bought the bundle believing that the mount can be used by all heroes, which is false. I’m interested if devs will consider making the mount available for all heroes, but I doubt it since the mount has some animations (when Tracer goes round a corner her leg sticks out), which may not be compatible with some heroes.
The StarCraft portraits are really cool, I wish we had some unique portraits too, but instead we got a hero that most of us are already owning and a mount that is bugged and also not available to all heroes.

As someone already said this promotion doesn’t make sense and it’s even more stupid to bind it on one hero. I hope the community outcry will increase greatly. C’mon guys take out your pitchforks to let Activision Blizzard burn again (virtually)!

Kinda explains why it comes bundled with Tracer, which was kinda bummer since OW Origins edition also gave you one. Well, good thing this came up. Was on the fence but this just doesn’t offer enough value. Would’ve been cool on Morales though.

True. it’s is exclusive mount for Tracer as cannot used by any others leaderships I expected for that hero.
I don’t think it would be as bad if it was a more widely played hero. Like Raynor, Muradin, etc.
It’s like making a Medhiv exclusive mount.

I wanted to stick Stitches on that very small sleek mount, oh well. I’m just thankful to WhiteSnow for posting this so I didn’t lay down any cash. I own Tracer and I hardly play her, such a high cost for just one hero specific mount.

To be fair, you’re not supposed to buy Blizzcon goodies for one game. They’re for people who play every Blizzard game.
Normally I’d say you’re buying the ticket and getting stuff for free, but that’s not the case here. Honestly, I’d recommend not buying this unless you play exactly Overwatch, WoW, and HotS (and even then only if you care about cosmetics), with extra bonus if you play Hearthstone. It seems like a bad deal otherwise.

Fair enough, I own Daiblo 3 and Overwatch, but it’s still on the pricey side. I think limiting a mount reward to a single hero is still not a good idea.
There’s a little Tracer icon on the mounts in that image. Apparently Tracer has custom animations while riding it as well. I wonder if they’re planning on adding more hero-specific mounts with new animations in the future.
It’d be cool to see, say, a purchasable Kel’Thuzad mount.
