Hiya! Might sound kinda silly and ungratefull but I got an epic hero skin for Valla on my last loot chest.
It’s the Vampire hunter V (red) one.
I hardly play her at all and didn’t think it was important, since I didn’t bother te reload/relog but several days later I cannot help but notice I never got it and it’s not there for purchase either.
Might someone be a dear and check up if I’m (another) blithering idiot or something is amiss? On my account or in general?

Ps. I’m neither old, nor in a state of dementia as far as I’m informed (doubtful I’d remember if I was) but would appreciate some non-prio clarification.
I know it’s a little confusing, since these skins have almost the same name, but what you got it’s a skin for Valeera, not Valla; in fact, the Hallow’s End skins for Valla (Vampire Slayer Valla) are rare, while those for Valeera (Vampire Slayer V) are epic.
