Lately I have been experiencing a visual bug on Hanamura. I can’t see any heroes while i’m on the middle of the map, I still see Hp Bar and name of all the heroes but not the skins. I’m on lowest graphics quality mode if that’s help.
The mac client is broken in many ways since ~2019.
Sadly. So i should try to play via bootcamp to get rid of the problem?
If you want to be playing right away or today, yes. That’s the best way you can get back into HotS bug free.
If you want to wait for a Mac fix on principle, beware that people have been waiting for over a year.
The Hanamura bug is also not the only one, almost all maps have game breaking visual bugs on OS X, like characters or textures disappearing into the sky.
Well the problem seems to be solved. Idk why, i literally did nothing and for the 1st time in like 2 or 3 months i had no visual issues on the map.

That’s awesome. I hope it stays that way so you don’t have to install Windows just to play the game.
