Both situations should be reviewed. In the first example the game completely disregards the fact that both heroes have a certain collision size, basically allowing for a near complete radius overlap which should not happen, especially with the funnel overflow mechanics within the engine (too many units inside an Entomb, where one too many might get pushed out).

This could result in several other unintended interactions. If BW were to teleport on another hero standing next to a wall, she would get pushed to the side and appear in the closest available nearby unoccupied location around the target.
