Version mismatch error

hey, getting a “version mismatch” error when starting heroes from the launcher. not always, sometimes. in addition, sometimes after a match the game tells me to relaunch the game 'cause a new patch is available. no new version is available. very irritating bug.

According to this Reddit thread a temporary fix for the version mismatch is to block three specific IP addresses of logon servers.

same thing has been happening to me. I wasn’t able to open the game at all today until I restarted the launcher a few times

I’ve noticed that I can logout and back in (without exiting the game) to fix it, tho sometimes I need to do it more than once.
