Use the "Overwatch Endorsement" method with Matchmaking

The Overwatch Endorsement System could be really useful in HotS

Ever since the endorsement system was implemented in Overwatch I have seen a good size amount of decrease in toxicity and seeing more people encouraged to act in a better (real or fake) behavior for getting rewards, since its working in that game why not also implement it here too? Thoughts? Edit: Seems some people never heard of the system so I’ll shed some light with this link: https://playoverwatch.com/en-us/game/endorsements/
