Dear Blizzard Community Support Team,
I am writing to express my concerns over an ongoing issue in the ANZ/NZ Storm League that is significantly impacting the gaming experience for many players, including myself. We were thrilled when the player initiative ReviveHots revived interest in our region’s league. However, our excitement has been marred by the actions of a disruptive player.
Despite multiple reports and previous bans, this player continually creates new accounts to engage in behaviors that ruin the game for others. He deliberately feeds and remains idle during matches, which not only affects the game’s outcome but also demoralizes the community attempting to enjoy the league. Notably, this player has used multiple aliases including HOTSDEAD, Player, and RevivHots — an apparent impersonation of ReviveHots.
It has come to my attention that at least four of his accounts have been banned, yet he persistently returns by creating new accounts and reaching the necessary level to join the Storm League, only to continue his disruptive actions.
This situation raises a critical question: Is there an effective strategy in place to manage such repeat offenders? The current measures seem insufficient to prevent this individual from repeatedly harming the game environment.
We respectfully request a review of this case and the implementation of more stringent measures to prevent such individuals from continuously creating new accounts after being banned. The integrity of the Storm League and the enjoyment of its genuine players are at stake.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We trust that you will take prompt and effective action to address this issue.
