His win rate seems to have dropped precipitously since 2.55.15 but there were no documented changes to him. Are you sure nothing has been tweaked?
I don’t remember what version was the last patch but he was in the group of heroes who got changes to his summons.
Apart from that there haven’t been more changes to Anub
