Unable to leave matchmaking with people who d/c

Good afternoon,

I’m trying to play hots and I was matched with leavers which I understand because I may have disconnected before (it’s been a while since I’ve played hots). I’ve played enough games to stop matchmaking with people who have disconnected but I still get the “play 1 more game” message. Can someone help with this?

Leaver matches must be won as of August 2019 or they wont clear.

But they can also be cleared by winning a Brawl which should be much easier than QM.
