In the PTR patch notes it says that the bonus damage of Lunar Flare when a hero is hit went from 4% to 3.5% but in game it still says that you get 4%, max ammout of damage in the description is shown properly (140% max bonus damage, 3.5% X 40 = 140%) and the quest tracker below HP and Mana shows proper values
