Tyrael's trait death timer reduction is applying to all enemies hit instead of heroes only

Imagine a tyrael instantly resurrecting from base at lvl 20 after hitting a minion wave with his trait! There’s some crazy broken bugs with this patch!

Yah, this needs to be fixed. Just had a game against a Tyrael. Not really fun when he has a 5 sec respawn timer at lvl 20+ because he nuked a minion wave.

lvl 4 bound by law also heals on minions too… he is totally broken

Looks like it’s fixed. Funny part is…he actually didn’t suck with the bug and wasn’t really op. Might be a buff to look into for the future? Made him relevant.
