When I’m angry I uninstall the game but then I calm down and reinstall it again.

At what speed are you downloading this game ?
This game isnt this big so it shouldnt take anything over 10 min. Maybe check with your internet provider ?
10 gigs is pretty big
For an excel file yes.

I’ve never understood the mentality of uninstalling a game via rage-quit.
If I ever get that angry I simply spin up one of the other 100s of games I own that don’t involve my fate being tied to nine other people.

If you wanna Master it, then make a Windows fresh install.
One can backup the game local CASC. If one wants to reinstall one can then use a copy of this backup as a base to install form. Only updates made since the backup will need to be downloaded.
Here is my solution for you! Every time you feel like uninstalling, copy your game files to some different folder and do full deletion of stupid tilting game 
And when you feel like it’s not that bad and you wanna return, just copy them back and return to playing!

Why not just keep the game on your computer instead. Just leave the game and come back when you are ok with it again.

Why would you even uninstall the game in the first place ?
The only one being negatively affected by this is yourself , so why would you willingly and knowingly put yourself through this ? 
The other thing is , instead of raging , why dont you work on yourself ? Acting on emotions rarely provides any good in the first place lol
