Don’t get me wrong I’m so glad still seeing people post in the forums so that means this game is not dead. I love this game and want to come back. Thinking for re-installing. Any scene still in the ranked games? Will I be able to queue fairly quick?

depends on where your at. im on the US server and still get games fairly quickly.

Fast queues, no rewards other than gold for playing, patches when the need is required and it’s in a frozen state since a year ago.

The forums feel mostly dead but the game itself is still going strong and probably will continue to do so until they decide to shut down the servers.
I play pretty regularly and enjoy the Quick Match and ARAM games but I haven’t played the ladder in over a year.
If you are looking for competitive play, you’re better off joining one of the tournament leagues.
Been streaming games. Most of them are just ridiculous Quick Matches but it’s been fun none the less…

I play on U.S servers and for the most part games are quick. However, there are days where I get the small village treatment in that I’ll match with 1-3 people over and over again with familiarity taking root.

EU is just overrun with bots. Its rare to get less than 2per game at least in the evenings. But yep the game is still here!
It’s still active, and fun. A friend and I have been coming back and playing for years. HoTS never really “failed”, Activision killed it.

If you call candy crush sage like addictive time waster games alive, then yes its very much alive.
If you are looking for challenging, rewarding gameplay, then no its dead as a doorknob. ARAM is the most popular mode, so that tells you right there that it’s just a button mashing dopemine fest for kills, but forget actually good ranked play.
Games alive, queue times are longer than 6 months ago but it’s still playable.

Does playing with a corpse count? If so, then sure, it’s alive. Ignore me, I’m tired
