Yeah I know. It was reworked. I kind of like it more right now but yeah it’s not as easy as before. I sometimes even get mad when playing it.

There was never a point in this rework to begin with, when the previous iteration just needed adjustments.

Yeah Whitemane is not supposed to keep the team alive. You are supposed to keep the chosen one alive. Not everyone deserves to be saved.
The hero was reworked because people were being too kind and friendly and nice and like… healing the whole team like if they were all sacred. I don’t think that was ok. Sure, people like to play and win and be the best in the most easy way but I don’t think that player’s wishes should be considered when their motives are not good. And the only reason players liked whitemane was because players liked to heal in order to defeat the other team. And that’s not good.
I think that Whitemane is now being played by the right people. Not by the people that liked her. But by the people that it was made for.
It’s kind of hard to have all the populations from the past in the Nexus because of the Support spirit of the players and how they have been playing for years.
But I think that it’s cool that the supports of other games can be the best Assassins in this game and it’s cool that the players that used to be the DPS in other games are now the healers and the wind on my back not the spit on my face.
We don’t play with the children because d.va main and nova main and play mortal kombat and killer instinct and we always lose when party of 4 so they go in party of 2 and play AI while the leopard and the zebra lap2laptop quickplay.

I had a particularly awesome moment in recent games where I was playing Tyrael. Now the other team had a Butcher and we had a Falstad who was literally on about 5% hp and the Butcher charges the Falstad. I as Tyrael ult (Judgement) The Butcher and manage to land the stun the exact instant the charge lands and Falstad, not being killed by contact damage, escapes and lives. I would judge that I had a window of opportunity of less than half a second for this, any sooner and my stun landed on Butch while he was still unstoppable, any later and the first auto goes off and bye bye Falstad. Even more remarkable because of the delay Tyrael’s ult has.
Like I’m not going to pretend it was skill, no it was luck. But man it was an ego stroke.

So Falstad gusted us into their team and I had Lightbomb, I casted it on myself, jumped into the the gust wind (past 20)
And we blew up the team from that momentum

We were failing and I did the perfect santification at the time they did 2 ults.
We were all like “am I alive” and yes! So we charged into the heart of the enemy and won
