The store is not available

For a couple of weeks now, the store has been showing me as “unavailable”, which prevents me from accessing any objects in the collection, including the heroes, which I cannot play, so it does not let me enter any game mode . I haven’t been able to play anymore because of this problem. I thought it would fix itself with time, but it’s still the same.

Hey there. I used to have this exact problem a while back. What fixed it for me and several other players was to use Windscribe vpn to connect to battlenet and then run the game with it (it might take a while for Windscribe to find a proper connection, so be patient). After running the game with vpn once, all your blocked contents will be enabled again, and you can keep playing the game without vpn from then on.

Not all VPNs seem to work, but I think Windscribe works for most, if not all, people.
