The Replay Shortcut to hide the Top Bar doesn't hide everything correctly after rewinding back

During Replay, pressing Ctrl + Shift + E will hide the Top Bar UI.

However going back during the replay while the Top Bar is hidden seems to break it and causes some to appear back again.
