One thing that is good is to known when to nano. You will screw this up a lot but you will also do it right
Q to bushcheck everything. Its a low cd
When dived uppon Try to duel most enemys and stay close to your allies, you wont win but you will loose slowly. Buying the rest time and making them think before trying again
Hitting Q is just experience, and if you have a tracer / cassia press F you wont hit that

I mean the number of time i got nano-ed when i was 1 HP running for my life.
I mean… how is that gonna help? I can’t stop and land abilities , even a slappathur or a minion could kill me. Heal me before then nano me.
(well tbh, sometimes it helps, you get your stun faster, but most of the times its a waste)
Like I said you will screw up a lot. Its a hard ult to cast
